週刊振り返りを海外でしてみる OHSU(7日目)

昨日は疲れてブログは書きませんでした。
代わりと言っては何ですが、、ちょっとした振り返りを作りました。

振り返り（10月4日～ 10月11日）
研修目標 （Objection of the training）
・Understand　how the med student　and　resident　learn

・Understand　how　the　FP（family　physician）　establish　their　position

経験した内容 （Contents you experienced）

・Meeting　with　Dr Talor ,Saultz

・EPIC　Training.

・At CHH,I observed How　Priceptors　teach.　

・Visit Geriatric Psychiatric　physician　and　have　a　small　discuss.

・PCM(Conflict　and　tell　the　truth)

・Ground Round(Iron deficiency　associate　with　ADHD　RLS,and　Touret　etc)

議論・自己学習したトピックス (Topics you studied)

・Discuss　why　people　in　Japan　make　PEG　for　Older　dementia　who　can　not　eat　per　oral

印象に残った出来事・気づき (Impressive or noticeable events)

・What I　feel　it　is　difficult(EPIC/Conference/Discussion)　are　from　being　not　good　at　English

・Underlying difference between USA and JPN is from System of Insurance.

・In education,I can see the scene　Preceptor and Student　have　many　discussion.

・Preceptor teach　not　the　only　knowledge　but　also　the　way　how　to　use　it.

・Tools American doctor use in　practice　are same with Japan(Dynamed,Up To Date)

今週の評価できる点(Good points)

・Fist of all,　I am Alive　hire　in　America.

・ I passed the exam of Epic

今週の反省点 (Reconsiderations)

・English becomes　me　negative,　although I actually　have　many　question　and　opinion .

来週の目標 （Objection of the training for next　week）

・Have more discussion and Ask one question in each session.

・Ask Preceptors which point does they　focus,　when　they　teach　MED-Stu　and　Resident respectively.

・Take part in a English class.　Clerk　searched　the　free　English　lesson　for　us.

・Learn　Behavior science　and　Smoking cessation.

本日は留学生の教育担当の医師とも面談をして振り返りをしました。
やはり言語の壁については非常に理解をしていただけているようで、こちらの不安や伝わらない思いや、相手の思いを聞き取れないという残念な気持はお互い同じ何だなあと何となく感じました。
来週の目標で1つのセッションで1つ質問をするのはいいんじゃないかと、、、賛同いただきました。
 
あとは研修目標のどうしたら家庭医の地位を築く（評価を受ける）事ができるかとういう話についてお話をしたら「いい本があるから読んでみて、、、」と渡されたのはやはりText Book Of Family Medicine（Dr：Saultz著）でした。
 
めちゃくちゃ、分厚くてドン引きでした。最初の導入の所で130ページくらいありますのでちょっと無理そうですが「あなた日本に帰る前にクリスマスプレゼントで、読んだ本を返してよ」と笑いながら言われました。
 
日本にいたらまず読まなそうなので逆に頑張って読んでみようかと、、、、、。
ちょっと思いました、、、、、、、
いや、ホントちょっとですよ、、、ちょっとだけ
